14-day money-back guarantee. If Pulse Fixer doesn’t work for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase and you get your money back in full — no questions asked.
How to ask for a refund
- Reply to your order receipt from Lemon Squeezy, or
- email [email protected] with your order number or the email you bought with.
Refunds are issued by our reseller, Lemon Squeezy, to the original payment method. Banks usually show the refund within 5–10 business days.
What happens to the licence
When a refund is issued, the licence key is disabled and the app returns to the demo.
Try first
The free demo has every feature and five exports without watermark, so you can test Pulse Fixer on your own clips before you buy. If something doesn’t work as expected, write to us — we would like to fix it.
After 14 days
Refunds after 14 days are at our discretion, for example if a documented problem we could not solve kept you from using the software. This does not limit any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
